On occasion, dedicated working groups are established to deal with particular issues. At this time there are working groups in operation to address the following issues: Post Offices Planning and Farm Diversification Essex Rural Partnership management remains vigilant on developments regarding the discovery of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in Surrey in August/September 2007.
